Carleen Carlisle
I became a healthcare provider because I love helping and serving people. I became a nurse in 1991 working ICU, CVU, SICU, Cardiac Unit, and in the Emergency room. I became a nurse practitioner in 2004, working in family practice which I loved. I was blessed to provide whole rounded care/prevention for all groups, including new born, adolescent, adult through geriatric age. I moved into Tulsa area in 2018 working Urgent Care Services. I am returning to my first love of practice, “Family Care”.
I am totally excited about direct primary care because this includes all aspects from prevention, intervention, spiritual, holistic care with no barriers. Working in partnership with the Client/Patient for the best outcomes is my goal!! Direct patient care that allows me to know my clients/patients and balance partnership and friendship.
My personal hobbies and interest are gardening, hiking, traveling, scuba diving, community service and family. I have a deep personal faith in God and love sharing what he has done for me. I squeeze in weight training and swimming for exercise. I love to eat so I try to find creative ways to eat clean and healthy.

The direct primary care (DPC) model isn’t just better for patients, it’s rewarding for providers, too. DPC enables providers to take on fewer patients and dedicate more time to each of them. The result? Better health outcomes for patients and a healthier work-life balance for you.
