I always knew I wanted to be a physician, but that decision was truly solidified after my parents were in a car accident when I was a teenager. I knew I wanted to help people to get back to being able to live a healthier life, so I went to Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Being a Remedy doctor means I get to enjoy working with patients on a deeper level to truly help them to gain health and wellness in their life. It's awesome that Remedy empowers me to have longer appointment times, so more time can be spent diving into patients' lives and learning more about their needs. I also have time to study up on the latest research so I can truly help people regain their health.
When I'm not at work, I'm with my husband, Justin, and our three, beautiful children, Jordan, Kaden, and Keegan. We also might have "too many" animals: seven dogs, two cats, and two horses! Our family loves traveling and SCUBA diving together! In my free time, I also enjoy reading and competing in sprint triathlons.

The direct primary care (DPC) model isn’t just better for patients, it’s rewarding for providers, too. DPC enables providers to take on fewer patients and dedicate more time to each of them. The result? Better health outcomes for patients and a healthier work-life balance for you.
